I hope so, ive just done my bmi and it was 32.5.
Im getting worried as that is classed as over weight.
Im going to have to cut out all the chocolate...
mind you my excuse is that i had a baby 1 year ago and had to eat more because i was breast feeding (thats my excuse)
Anybody know of any good (realistic) diets.
Also is it better to have the medicals before you go or when you get there,
my husband has a job, been selected EOI ,and completing work visa,
do we need a medical now or when we do our PR
