    We have our second real estate agent coming over this weekend to tell us how little we can sell our house for

    Still, can't help but feel a tad excited at the slim chance that some person will whip right along with a fist full of money and snap it up...

    In reality the US housing market is a disaster and it could be months or *eek* years, before it sells.

    If we could sell our house we'd be back in NZ now.


    Prices in out area haven't actually dropped much but it they're taking a while to sell.
