thnaks everyone! i remember feeling envious of people who'd successfully made the move...and now here we are!

*Update* My nurse registration has been approved, and I've got a natty cetificate to prove it.... AND.... i saw a nice little part time practice nurse job just 10 mins away, so i applied and i have an interview tomorrow ---YIKES!!!

what did you do in the community?

i was a community midwife for the last 5 years, then had a career change a year ago, and went into practice nursing. i love it..no inner city driving, visiting disgusting houses, no more weekends/on calls/bank holidays to work.. and less pay..but its worth it!
