    Talking Reasons to love NZ

    Pineapple Lumps & L&P!!

Can you tell I am testing all the local produce?
I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly,
I'll do what it takes until I touch the sky

    Arrived Christchurch 27th June 2010

Ginger Kisses (in the biscuit aisle at the supermarket). Go on, I dare you to just try to eat one.

Those would be reasons to never return if you ask me!

Ah go on, come on and tell us one thing you like about being here. We won't tell anybody else, and it will stay a secret on this little thread.

Go on, it's a Friday night, go wild and say something postive

Salmon, poached in butter with a few gentle herbs. Simple pleasures.

Haven't tried the ginger kisses yet...mmm..add to the list...

I think though, having surveyed the cake and slice selection here that I also will need a subscription to NZ weight watchers or equivalent, although the cold and the fact I am walking instead of working at the moment is doing wonders for my waistline.

KiwiMac, there must be something you like....you are still here after all

I haven't bought any NZ wine since arriving...no one to share a bottle with yet as OH doesn't drink..but starting to consider all the fish types.

Hokey Pokey, Whittakers, Boysenberry ripple, Cookies and cream, Naked baker pies, yup we love the food here.

Empty and very very cheap but challenging golf courses and a very refreshing attitude to dress code
