    I want a weather station for my birthday.....

    any recommendations for tried and tested decent ones that won't completely break the bank

    Electronic type or the old fashioned version?
    Recce visit October/November 2009 (twas lovely) - trying to persuade the OH that emigrating is a good plan for us...he's slowly coming round to the idea...

    I have a Tesa WS1150 & it does what I want, temp in & ouit, humidity in & out pressure history

    (still yet to understand that) &

    arrows telling me where the weather is heading

    I would suggest the Davis 6162C with aspirated radiation shield and but it might be breaking the bank.

    My brother has an irox pro ec and loves it he says it is very reliable and finds it handy for his job.
