Depends on how you look at it: I haven't been here long enough (less than a year), and I didn't cheat the system in order to get a vote. So no I didn't vote.

Not yet - will do so on Saturday!
Meant to do it yesterday but was too busy. Will try again on thursday night as it's late night 'opening'.
We're down in Wellington for the actual voting day. I assume if worst comes to worst then we can vote down there, and I'm assuming there will be a poll station in the centre of town.
This was our first time so we went to one of the polling stations over this weekend close to our new home and voted for **** party.
Though it took about 10 minutes to trace back our old address (and some admin look ups) - some of them in queue had "Easy vote" cards and were done within 2 minutes. Actually I like the idea of voting in advance, from overseas and less smaller queues here.
The only negative I found was absence of Electronic Voting machines!

I will do ... but am still undecided as to where my vote will be going.

And I hate that after mocking the american Tea Party politics then it seems that this NZ election campaign has mainly been about, well, a Tea Party.....
And anyone that suggests it was all jsut a storm in a tea cup is asking for trouble.![]()
