Newcomer Box Urgently Needed, please

Hi All-

We're moving in to an unfurnished home in Auckland this week and our goods from the US won't arrive for another 3 weeks or so.

It seems that I remembered seeing a post on here at one point that there was some kind of "newcomer" box with dishes, etc that was being passed on among people in situations like ours.

Does anyone know about this and is it available? Thanks much.

You might have better luck reposting with a title aong the lines of - Newcomer Box Uurgently Needed. I think its still floating around, you might just have to ask a bit louder. Best of luck.

Where in Auckland will you be? We've got some bits and pieces we can lend. Full set of crockery and cutlery and assorted bits and pieces but no big pots or pans tho'
