I read the NZ papers and I read a story the other day about a woman who a medic said he thought cola had contributed to her death.
I had been drinking 2 litres of diet cola a day until last week, when I decided to stop. It was hard. I had headaches, diahorrea and felt very, very tired until on day 3 I began to feel more normal again. I know that when I was drinking it, I really needed to drink it a few times a day, it was a craving. Is this something you've been through? Does moving countries make you more prone to whatever addictions you might have like nicotine or caffeine or did it help you give up?
