When am I eligible for NZ citizenship?, please someone help me.

My Residence Visa approved on 14/10/2019
14/10/2019 - 14/10/2020 (I am in NZ)
14/10/2020 - 14/10/2021 (I am in NZ)
14/10/2021 - 14/10/2022 (I am in NZ)
14/10/2022 - 14/10/2023 ( I went for Holiday from 26/11/2022 - 07/02/2023 )
14/10/2023 - Till Date I am in NZ

Showing the message We cannot calculate if you meet the presence requirements for New Zealand citizenship by grant.
