For a three bedroomed house in Christchurch, the most expensive average rent is in Merivale / St Albans West costing $480 per week and the cheapest is in Aranui / Bromley / Bexley costing $360 per week.

Figures from Trade Me Property up to 31 January 2017 showed that the average (median) rent for a three / four bedroomed property in Christchurch was $440 per week and for a one / two bedroomed property was $345 per week.
