After months of hard work, medicals, qualification assessment, gathering evidence and many ups and downs - the day finally arrived. Sent off our application for residency under the skilled migrant category yesterday and it was accepted as lodged today!

Anyway, I think I read somewhere in this forum saying that the INZ might/will contact the employer for references.
Is that always the case?
If so, how do I know if the INZ already contact my employer?
Or ... when should I notify my employer about this possible call/email from INZ?
