Change in DOB of family member after application is approved

Hi,

I am in NZ on Resident Visa. Today morning while going through my Resident Visa application found that I have given DOB of a family member (sister) as 01-Nov-1985 wherein it actually is 01-Oct-1985. Family member is not in NZ and don't have any plans to come to NZ. I didn't gain any points on her behalf (Sponsorship etc). How can I bring it to NZ Immigration notice? And, is it gonna have any impact on my resident application? Please share your views.

It won't have any impact on your Residence, but you should notify INZ of your mistake, and tell them the correct date. Just write in to the same INZ office where you sent your application, telling them your details and the date when you applied so they can find your records and put it right.
