PPI for not ASH - need help

PPI for not ASH - need help

A friend applied for residence visa under parent category. After the round of medicals - he received a PPI stating that the father is not ASH. Age 64, Condition found - Chronic respiratory disease.

Now need to help to reply to this PPI.

A report from a suitably qualified medical professional should work. But the biggest question is what this report include? What should we ask the doctor to include?

See A4.10.2 https://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsm....htm?35154.htm - it's a matter of the likelihood of needing treatment, and the cost of that treatment. If the specialist can state that the father's condition is relatively stable, and controlled by not-too-expensive medication, and that the prognosis is for more of the same, that should help.
