IRD sent letter for me about tax refund. The account number is wrong. What should I do?

I got a letter from IRD about tax return in two days. The account number is not correct. I sent message in ird profile but it seems it takes lot of time. They mentioned they do not answer calls. Then anybody know what should I do? Is it going to another person? Do they check the name and account themselves before sending? As far as I know when you send money you can write any name on it from banks. Any tip?
