Qualifications finally recognized!
So after so many attempts sending work references to the EWRB, I finally got a letter saying I can get a limited certificate. I still need a supervisors signature to even apply for it though. The whole process of getting to NZ is filled with catch 22's.
My plan now is to come over in February for 3 months as that's how long I can stay without any type of visa, and look for a job as a electrician.
I'm just really hoping the job search goes well as I've been reading some disappointing stories on this forum of people being in NZ and still not getting any interviews.
