Wanted Rental Property - North Shore City - Browns Bay/Torbay or nearby

Hi

We're on the lookout for a 3 bed rental property in the Torbay/Browns Bay area of North Shore. Hubby is currently in digs in Takapuna and we're planning to join him out there at the end of July. Ideally, we'd be looking to start renting early to mid-July, to give him time to get things in place for the rest of us. A garden is essential (enclosed if possible!) as we have 2 very active boys (5 and 2).

We're checking TradeMe every day and hubby is registering with Rental Agents in the area but I thought I'd post this too, you never know who may have something available :)
