Police certificate of my partner

Hello!

I failed with my 1st SMC application last month because a 5 points invalid proof for my pervious work experience from CO's evaluation(old policy 160 points). :(
But I will keep moving forward to resubmit a new EOI of SMC applicaiton toward new policy.
Question is my partner had lived in US for 2 years 2008 to 2010. she had submitted a US police certificate in last ITA.
If we receive a new ITA, the previous police certificate still vaild or not? Should my partner apply a new police certificate from US again to provide a 6 month valid one to submit.
I understand that we still need provide a refreshed police certificate in China again since we live here.
But for the sake of time and cost saving, I need your advice and experience regarding something related.
