Applying for US tourist/business visa

I am applying for US business/tourist visa and filling up DS-160 form online. I have just got my NZ resident visa sticker 2 weeks ago, I would like to know if it is a 'Yes' or 'No' for this question:

Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin (nationality) indicated above?

I'd answer "yes", since you residence visa (without travel conditions) allows you to remain in NZ indefinitely.
