Brand new house in Aotea, Porirua for rent

We have just finished building a house in Aotea. It has the following: 3 double bedrooms, 1 study nook, 2 bathrooms upstairs, one ensuite and large walk-in wardrobe, one toilet downstairs, double garage with insulated doors, kitchen/dining area and lounge. Garden all the way around with access from the back gate to a the reserve below. It's a 5 minute walk from Porirua train station. $695 per week, and 4 weeks bond. If anyone needs furniture while waiting for theirs to arrive we have some items we can lend and kids furniture etc as we have 2 young ones of our own.

Aotea is a new development in Porirua. The views are amazing in Aotea. This house would suit a small family of 4 or a professional couple working in Wellington or Porirua. We would help the new tenants with everything they needed to get settled into Porirua. We've been here 10 years ourselves so we have lots of advice and experience to offer:)
