It has been 10 weeks since my application got a co for example. Already more than 2 months. And last I heard from the CO was an email acknowledging she received the additional documents in September, radio silence since then.

You can always call the contact center, they can read the latest notes on your application which might help to give you an indication on how your application is going.
    Hi Yanco,

    Hope you're well.

Did you receive an update on your applcation?

Hmm you should be very close e.g. in a couple of days, but probably ask them to follow up if it does pass 4 weeks.
I am wondering if the 2PC "normal" queue is getting longer/piled up as CO assessment is now on almost full speed and 2PC capacity doesn't quite catch up with this speed.
If my guess is right and if they do not allocate more resource to 2PC, I think the waiting time for 2PC is likely to be longer than 4+ weeks, including that you need to give way to those prioritized/or easy applications.
