    Default Need some suggestion to get a job as Software engineer

    I am a software engineer with over 7 years of working experience. I applied some IT companies and recruiting agencies in New Zealand. Most of them advised me to apply when I get resident visa/work permit. Now, if I get visa/work permit within 1/2 months, I shall start applying again. Please let me know if you have any suggestion(regarding CV format, Job availability in different cities, recruitment/interview process and other factors) that may increase the possibility of getting a job in a short time.

    Which are of SW u are specialized? I mean Java, .NET,.......?
