Would you emigrate to NZ again, given the choice?

Thought I'd have a go at one of these poll thingy's.

Question is, if you had your time again, knowing what you know now, would you make the decision to emigrate to NZ again?

I've left it as a simple yes or no as I think although there are many factors that might affect the decision - money, family, location, health, children, work, etc etc etc - in the end the decision would be do either do it, or not do it. Obviously, feel free to flesh out your answer in a post.

I ask as I think it's a relatively good indicator of genuine feelings if you would do it again.

I did do a search before posting this for 'do it again' to see if it had been done before but didn't get any results - so I hope not, apologies if it has been.

Yes, though my plan is to return home for a few years still. I wouldn't give up the experiences I've had and friends I've made.

The above comment says it all for many people, whether they came here with the intention of staying, or are just here for a few years for a change of scenery, or even if they have no idea whether they'll stay or eventually leave.

So yes, we would definitely do it all over again

I find it somehow intriguing that the positive comments are so pretty short and the negative so non existent. Apparently we have all made our mind up and there is nothing to argue about.
