    I sent mine by registered post and could only track them till they left this country. I emailed NZQA to ask them to let me know when they arrived, which they did. I opted for NZQA to courier them back to me and that worked well too. I have them safely back.

    Default Documents

    our friends had all their documents including passports certified by a local solicitor and these were accepted by NZIS in London within the last few weeks.
    Now this may sound strange but it is not uncommon for individuals to have lost originals over the years so an "original certified copy" as provided by the UK Registrar is ok to send as your original.
