Resume/CV, What's expected & What's different

When my OH had to submit his CV to a recruitment agency, they wanted him to lengthen it! It was originally two pages but ended up being four - I think he put in more contracts/job's he had managed (he's a design engineer) and a little bit about himself, likes/dislikes etc. He ended up with 7 interviews and got offers from all of them (apologies for trumpet blowing )

Thanks FOM's OH and also Twig. I guess I need to spend some time condensing 18 years with 7 companies in 11 diverse roles
