Christmas Dinner in summer

I was thinking BBQ as its our 3rd year here and we had the full xmas dinner the past two years its time for a change.
Im looking for something "different" to put on the bbq instead of just the normal stuff any ideas?

there's a place in welly that does it (i think anyway,or it could be a sheep in crispy ducks clothing)its not a fancy restaurant but it looks nice enough..
