Just about to send our police check forms off but realised i had a police check here 2 months ago for work purposes, by people called 'disclosure Scotland' which is a version of a crb check, will nzis accept this?

I also was in this position, but had to have a full one done (checks the PNC and is very fancy, with photos scanned onto it, holograms etc) Mine only took about 11 days from sending to receiving back, but that was round about May/Jume.

Nope disclosure scotland doesn't work for NZIS you need the official police check...
Two for Scottish residents (SCRO and PNC) and very easy to organise

For immigration you now need the ACPO certificate

Police certificates from the Association of Chief Police Officers of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland (ACPO) also cover Scotland. All citizens and residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (including those resident in Scotland) should apply through ACPO.

just been told by our case officer as i have used irish passport for application i need a irish police check certificate which is a right pain as more money now, anyone know who i apply to for that?
