Studying - part-time basic bookkeeping course

Hi all,

I am keen to do a basic (beginners) bookkeeping course when we get to NZ. We'll be based in Christchurch.

In South Africa the course is run by Varsity College, it is part-time one evening a week, or a Saturday morning each week, for 12 weeks, each lesson being 2.5 hours long.

Can anyone let me have contact details of any training facilities/colleges in or around Christchurch that possibly would offer this type of course.

Thanks Kerry, I have already tried them, and bookkeeping doesn't seem to be one of the courses that they provide.

Must be your location - there are heaps listed for Auckland...

Try searching for evening classes at local schools.

I do photography class one evening a week at a local high school, where they hold classes in lots of different subjects every night of the week.

I'm sure there must be something similar down in Chch.
