maybe we'll bring bikes. ebay awash with them - cheap. and no neg karma.
the only exercise i've done that was anything like as good as rowing is pilates. good instructor and its virtually the same effect minus the pain and water spray. i got addicted tho as did the pop-singer upstairs where we lived at the time (i was going 4+ times per week, tara more). in the end she whittled down to next to nothing and while photographed better in real life she was gaunt. always felt so GOOD after 1.5 hours of pilates - a proper buzz. even tho it doesn't hurt it gets rid of the chub - like a miracle
somehow the thought of auckalnd hills... on a bike...
