Their stuff is lovely, but there's no way I could buy a bra online - what are the return costs, if any?

Very cheap to return, although it takes about 2 weeks for them to process paperwork and send replacement for an exchange. However, they send out replacement for free....or at least they did last time I ordered last year. Plus figleaves have one of the best bra sizing guides you will find on-line and they will say in the item description if something is labelled as one size by the manufacturer, but they believe it measures up differently.

Hmm, I'm an ex-Rigby & Pellor girl - I need to try before I buy!! As well as shoes and hair, bras come close to being an obsession LOL...

I think the same way. After all, things that superficially look the same on the hanger can give a VERY different effect on (even more so trying to judge by a picture). Then there's the additional difference when you put a garment over it - something that would make a very nice bikini top can apparently grow unsuspected seams like dry-stone walls when under a T-shirt or jumper.
