Default Radio 4 in New Zealand

Can you get BBC Radio 4 in New Zealand, either through a radio, TV package or the internet?

Well I'm listening to it online at the moment, so guess it must be available?

No idea if this is on a per program basis?

So it sounds like it works all the time, rather than on a per programme basis?

Does both I think, live streaming or 'listen again'. If you click throuhg to the indiviudual shows then I think they are there for a week. Based on Radio 2, sorry way to uncultured/thick to listen to Radio 4

Yup, you can listen live or you can access individual shows and listen again. Some of us couldn't live here with The Archers et al.

All BBC radio is on iPlayer (a BBC application).

You can get it live or in arrears on a per program basis. I often listen to Radio 2 as I am not yet old enough to be allowed to listen to Radio 4...!

Sadly you cannot get BBC TV though, which is very annoying. I would have thought that the Beeb are missing a serious income opportunity there by not having a paid access service for ex-pats.

Radio New Zealand is actually pretty good too in comparison to most of the TV media here. Assuming the government don't slash the budget and ruin it as they seem to be threatening to do in yesterday's news.

You can also get BBC World Service on DAB if you are in a broadcast area (we listen to it in Devonport on occasion).
