How have you applied for tickets? According to the official site, the first tickets to go on sale to the public are the team and venue packages. There's a press launch on 30 March and tickets go on sale late April. The individual game tickets and the ballot for semi finals and final aren't until late 2010.

Excellent - that's always a good plan. I remember with the last RWC in France they had a system where tickets went on sale really early to members of the "rugby community". But all you had to do to get them was go to the ticketing website, select a random French rugby club from a drop down list, and buy your tickets. Then, whatever club you picked got points that they could use to buy new equipment etc.

Yep, us too or every game in Chch. The $200 for the season tickets was well worth it for access to the tickets early. And the Crusaders have been going well. The lovely wife especially likes the horses beforehand.

Welll looks like Scotland will be struggling without Dan Parks and his cheating boots.

Wouldn't it be something if the Aussies won the rwc with a kiwi coach!
