i have just had an independent builder/home buyer report completed. Nothing structual to report, but there is a window catch to change. Oh my.

New carpet, new heat pumps, new bathrooms/toilets, totally repainted and tidy large garden.

Wow, I wish I was looking for a house in Wellington just so I could buy that.

Or that I had the money...

    Best of luck!

Good luck with the house sale!

Funnily enough yours was one of the houses we looked at yesterday on Trade Me! Unfortunately we are still trying to sell our house here in Lancashire UK. But we are headed for Whitby!!

We had another viewer yesterday and viewings in general do seem to be picking up. Hoping to be NZ bound v soon!!!

i am off to oz. An unexpect job, no career opportunity came up. It was one of these deals that you can not refuse is you want to earn more money, have more time off, and paid post grad education.
We did not intend to move from NZ hence fixing the house up to a good standard. I remember when we got it we froze in winter. Now with two heat pumps (top of the range and very efficient) and a log burner, new carpet etc we have been sooo soo cosy.
Then we had the veggie gardens made. Yummy organic potatoes, real corn on the cob, tomatoes, herbs, carrots, cucumbers and girkins (wife was in the early stages of pregnancy when she planted them!)
