Renewing UK passport with NZ stickers inside?

I need to renew my UK passport that has my perm residency page in it etc.

I send the passport off for renewal to UK embassy in Wellington but what do I need to do with NZ visas etc?

With you new passport and the old one, go to NZIS and get the Blue stickers and PR stamp transfered. It costs but I'm not sure how much.

UK passport renewals are now done at the Post Shop not the embassy.

When you get the new passport you take it to NZIS with your old passport and pay them $80 to transfer the visa.

Hubby has had this with his Kiwi passport & UK stickers - his solution was to carry around the old one and the new one when travelling (not that we go overseas much!) and he hasn't had a prob

Yes, only applications via NZ post office now.

They quote 3-4 weeks and say allow upto 6 weeks for passport to be returned.

If you haven't already, you need to download and printout the application forms to take to the post office as they don't have them there.
