Verification of Qualification

i have a question in my mind, if university gets letter by fax from NZQA regarding my IQA verification, how will my university response to them? they suppose to email or post ? any idea

does NZQA really want us to send the original copy of our transcript of records??or can we just send them an authenticated copy - notarized by an attorney and stamped by the department of foreign affairs?

We sent in our application for PR 2 weeks ago and we sent "original" copies of OH transcripts along with a certified copy of the degree. We obtained several copies of the transcripts from the US university. They placed them in a sealed envelope with the universities information and seal on the envelope. We of course did not open the envelope. The Hamilton branch returned the opened documents and our original birth certificates already.
