How much money is sufficient

Hi,

I want to know if someone has job offer and he is coming
to join a job then for first initial one month how much money
is sufficient, next month you can manage from your salary.

someone please share practical advice, we are two adults
and one infant.

difficult to say shazeb, it depends on where you live and what standard of living you looking for.

My part of NZ you can usually get a decent enough rental for $300 per week, food to get you both and the child by, well that dependent on what you eat but we get by on $200 per week if we want to.

You usually find you are paid fortnightly, some jobs weekly, which makes things easier.

Methinks it's been a while since you checked out Cambridge's rental stock- OP needs to budget for at least $350- $400, sadly.
