Default Gorgeous house for sale in Omokoroa, near Tauranga

    Hey guys,

Just wanted to post a link to my parent's house that's just gone on the market:

    http://www.nz.open2view.com/Property/232248

They're in Omokoroa which is about 20 mins drive north of Tauranga. It's a lovely area with a seaside town feel, with boat club and restaurant on the beach, boat ramp (oh so important here!) and a great community feel. They arrived in NZ from the UK 2 1/2 yrs ago and designed built the house last year so it's like brand new with double glazing, insulation, heat pumps (which also act as air conditioning in the summer) and solar water heating.

Anyway, just thought I would post it on here in case anyone is looking for a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area house with views out to Tauranga harbour and over the Kaimai ranges, in a great area that's almost brand new. They're only selling because they've decided they want to buy somewhere with some land so they can keep my horse in their garden ;o) They're staying in the Omokoroa area because they love it so much, just moving out a bit more rural for the land.

If anyone is interested, either contact the real estate agent on the open2view listing, or email me jodthorne@hotmail.com and I can put you in touch with my folks direct )

    Cheers,
    Jodie

We are planning to move to the B of P area - any idea of price? (the website says PBN). Thanks,
    Amy.

It sure is a lovely house and will attract a lot of interest (even from nosey neighbours )

My only worry would be how long it takes to clean all those windows!

    Lovely house, Jodie.

But a little too far for us as the kids will be going to either Bethlehem Primary School or College. We have been looknin at rental as well as purchasing.

We ( the kids & I ) will be down in Tauranga next week and heading for a couple of open homes.

All the best in the sale, I'm sure there will be loads of interest.
