Reliable international movers from Holland

I do have searched this forum about this issue, but can't find one.

Does anybody know a good and reliable international mover from Holland to NZ? My future employer gave me some guidelines and it only includes Allied & Crown.

I am trying to shop around first having heard horror stories about transporting goods from this forum.

Finally, I chose De Haan Verhuizingen for transporting our goods.

Hope that all goes well. Does anybody know how to handle the payment?

Should we pay all the costs before we move to NZ or can we pay part of it first and then the rest in NZ?

I'm a bit cautious if something goes wrong when we have already in NZ.
