Default NZQA - Validity period of IQA report

    Hi,

Just thought that it'll be good to share this.
I did International Qualification Assessment (IQA) sometime back in Nov 2008. Some of the fellow forumer mentioned that there is a 3 years validity period as stated in the IQA report, however I could not find this statement on my report.

I decided to clarify this issue with my evaluator. Please below for his reply:

    Thank you for your email.

For a period of time, Qualification Assessment Reports were issued with an expiry date of three years, however the newer International Qualification Assessment reports do not have an expiry date.

    Yippeee! This is great news!

And some time back, I contacted INZ because someone on these threads was querying how long NZQA assessments counted for, if they had to be submitted with the ITA. The answer came from INZ that THEY didn't have any rule about when an assessment was issued, as long as the certificate itself didn't have an expiry date. So these newer ones will not run out, for immigration purposes - great news.

No, these days they don't have one.
