What to serve for Xmas lunch?

I should have probably said 'different people, different customs', because that's what it really comes down to, isn't it...
No matter where you are, you grow up with certain things and either keep them as a tradition or adapt them to your way of living.

And I am sorry if the part about the trees sounded rude, it is just that it is hard for me to imagine having a 'fake' tree......
Having none at all doesn't suit me, either...
