I know quite a few and they are mostly funny, curious, clever, amiable, neat people with varied (and sometimes quirky) interests, but they don't suffer fools gladly and you have to respect them to get it back.
I think for that age group giving new experiences is a good idea- so horse riding lessons or surfing or quad biking or theater tickets or paragliding off Te Mata Peak or luging or zorbing or white water rafting. I guess that makes my entry an experience- do you want something specific ENZ? If so, are we buying for a kid in NZ or the UK and roughly whereabouts?
