Thanks guys, 4 parties in the chain including us so not the ideal situation, but hey cant be choosy!! Will learn from my last lesson not to go booking/arranging anything this time.....well maybe just a little bit of packing!

big congrats! we just got an offer too after 2.5 yrs on the market - trying hard to 'cool my jets' too until it exchanges!
