    Arrow SharePoint Developer needed A.S.A.P.!!

    Hi,

The company I work for is having problems finding a qualified Senior SharePoint Developer.

You would need the following skills at an advanced level:

    SharePoint development
    Visual Studio
    C# and ASP.Net framework
    IIS
    HTML
    CSS XML

    Flash dev also desirable.

The position is full-time, permanent, for an accredited employer, in Wellington CBD. No, I can't give any indication of salary, sorry.

If you qualify, and could get here bloomin' fast - we're talking 6-8 weeks, bearing in mind the xmas break! - please PM me as soon as possible. I will need the e-mail address that you would apply for the job from.

    Thanks!!

SharePoint is a growing niche that I'm looking to get into, but obviously I'm not experienced enough for this role.

    Good luck looking!

I know Transpower has been looking for about a year, so it doesn't look like people with this skill are in the country.

Yeah it's a rough market for this skill right now, it's in such high demand! We can get a contractor or two in, but we want full-time permanent.

But wouldn't you need an expert to train the trainee?

    Hi M-Squared,

Don't suppose your company has need of any senior developers experienced in WebSphere MQ + assorted programming languages? Sorry for the off-topic but thought it wouldn't harm to ask

If we wanted a novice, we'd be asking for a novice.

    Hi kd,

We have various needs around the business at any one time. We do have Websphere in-house. I'll PM you my e-mail address so you can send your CV if you'd like me to help it find its way to the right people.
