After a lot of faffing around I finally got my PR application in 2nd week of Jan and have been appointed a case officer and have a 'provisioal' yes - so far so good.

It now appears that the house we are currently living in is going to be sold and instead of waiting around have decided that the moment I get my stamps me and my Husband will head straight off - which is leading to mini panic!!!.

I know this question had been asked a thousand times and any input no matter how small would really be appreciated. WHO SHOULD WE USE FOR SHIPPING?.

I would appreciate any recent experiences and anything to look out for.

We are only shipping Clothes, DVD's, booksm, Kitchen goods etc (no furniture or larger items) but we do have a lot of these things, I am currently looking at EVL and would appreciate input on them and any other companies used for London - Auckland.

Whilst this is so exciting and the 2 weeks break on a Thai beach is soooo appealing - it's come around very quicky and any assistance would be ace.

HelenH77 - there are so many threads on this subject and they go into lots of detail - everyone has a different experience with the same companies, strikes me that it is more pot luck! If you get good packers/ wrappers in the UK your stuff arrives ok, all the companies have their little ways of making more money , and the boats always arrive 1 week after they say they will.......sorry can't really help more, you are best of reading the various threads! Good Luck
