    Cheers was driving out of Rangiora and the car started going from side to side at the same time as the radio went off. Both said***** that was a biggy.

    Got home to find more stuff fallen over then on the 4th sept one

    Here in the South we felt it (strongly) too; window panes rattled, lamps swung; no damage though apparently.

    I am so sorry to hear this! It sounds like it is worse than Sept as it was shallower and closer to city centre, not to mention the time of day as the city was busy. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in that area. Very sad.
