I NOW am very clear on the difference between a BEng (which he has and is accredited) and a BSc, which apparently is very slightly lower. So we should get the points for a level 7 back again now. His MSc isn't counted but that doesn't really matter.
I don't know if they will now send on the ITA or put us back in the pool and reselect, and I suppose the worst that can happen is that they make us reapply.
I know there has been a few negative comments made about immigration, but the guy I have been dealing with has been really nice.
My husband is a civil engineer, specialising in highways. He currently works for the government overseeing national roads in 7 counties here.
