Hi Sandra, I think someone mentioned before that lots of mums want to do it, generally they volunteer to help out school and when a job comes up they apply. It fits in so well with school life, they know the school and vice versa. I have heard that Wilson Park(?) a special school up here are always looking for staff. Also a few schools have satellite classes from the special schools - good luck.
