    Default Blu Ray Players

Does anyone know of a company that deliver Blu Ray players from the UK to NZ - foolishly we've decided to get one after the shippers have been and we have a lot of Blu Rays that we brought in the UK and need to the correct one. Amazon don't deliver Blu Rays to NZ - so any other options?

Why don't you just buy a blu ray player when you arrive in NZ?

COnfused. UK and NZ are the saem region for BluRay, so there's no issue whith buying one in the UK or NZ. DVDs are different, so you need to be a bit carefult there. I just bought a Sony 570 for under $300 in NZ from JB-HiFi and it plays Uk and NZ DVDs, and of couse BluRays. I believe that the UK version of that player only plays UK DVDs and not NZ ones, and can't be unlocked, so for DVDs then buying here is the way to go (as they are mostly unlocked when sold here).

As for posting one from the UK to NZ then www.parcels2go.co.uk and many simmilar offer good prices. But it will still be marginal to post rather than buying new in NZ unless you've got a very high end player.

Sorry - thought the Blu Rays were different regions.

Pretty much all Sony DVD and Blu-ray Players can be unlocked to play DVDs from any region. You just need a ONE FOR ALL remote control and these instructions...

I used the ONE FOR ALL remote (URC-7562)
Use the Key Magic instructions on last page of the remote manual.
1)Put SONY DVD player in standby mode with red light on
2)Type DVD Key on the One for all remote
3)Type and hold Magic Key until two blinks then type 994
    4)type Magic key
5)Then type 189 and 1 on the remote (to assign function 189 to the "1" Key)you see two blinks
    6)repeat steps 3 and 4
7)Then type 255 and 2 on the remote (to assign function 255 to the "2" Key)you see two blinks
    8)repeat steps 3 and 4
9)Then type 095 and 3 on the remote (to assign function 095 to the "3" Key)you see two blinks
    10)repeat steps 3 and 4
11)Then type 221 and 4 on the remote (to assign function 221 to the "4" Key)you see two blinks
    12)repeat steps 3 and 4
13)Then type 079 and 5 on the remote (to assign function 079 to the "5" Key) you see two blinks
    NOW COMES THE FUN PART
With your player in standby mode, use the One for all remote
    Type keys 1 2 3 4 5 in sequence
    Player displays TIMER OK
