I have questions regarding ACC. I've spent time at this website: http://www.acc.co.nz/index.htm but for some reason I can't download the info I need.

Just trying to find out what I can expect to pay for ACC. My cousin said about 2% of my income (gross or net income?) and that the amount I pay depends on the risk involved in my job (self-employed artist). Just looking for a general idea of what I can expect to pay. Thanks.

I too would be interested in finding a chart that outlines different occupations and amounts of ACC to pay. I do know our accountant does all the ACC calculations so you should be able to find out calling any accountant (one that does your books?).

The % of ACC is applied to gross income which is a % that gets added to the income tax % in each bracket.

You will be self employed won't you? You might check http://www.acc.co.nz/for-business/se...i-pay/BUS00007 and related pages. There is quite a range of aspects to it.
(For us employees it is 2% of our gross income.)
