How much would you pay for a Honda Civic Hatchback 1600cc late 2002 model, 35KM done..Reg and Wof are current.

Dont have any dents, scratches or repairs...Looks in good condition..

As I am new to the car market in NZ, just want to know forumites opinion ?

I know AA does a price appraisal, but just want another opinion.

didnt find any....either too old with similar kms or same model with more kms...i just want to know an approx cost from previous exp..

Sorry, can't help on your specific car, but I can share our experience with the AA price list:

we bought a Mazda Premacy at the beginning of this year for 6990 NZD, while the AA has it listed for 10,000 NZD.

So that means that if somebody steals our car, we would make a profit

So you're right in thinking that the AA list isn't always that accurate, although we really were lucky with that deal.
