Default F 12: Are you claiming points for a qualification in one of the areas of absolute skills shortage?

i was trying to sent the following enquiry to INZ but the "contact us" seems to be down, after i typed my quiry and press submit it direct me to error page.
if anyone can help in this:
Are you claiming points for a qualification in one of the areas of absolute skills shortage?
iam trying to submit my online EOI, in question F12 i choosed to claim point for qualification in absolute skills shortage and then i had to choose wat is the occupation i want to claim points in; i don't know what to choose as Telecommunications Network Engineer since it's mentioned under two occupation groups:
1- Engineering: which i can't choose because i can't meet the requirements in column 3 & 4 in LTSSL (no Washington Accord or IPEN accreditation)
2- ICT, Electronics and Telecommunications: which i can claim points because i have the relevant degree and experience mentioned in column 3 & 4.
to be able to claim points in the second occupation group what shall i choose:
A- Professional Occupations: Telecommunications Engineering Professionals
    OR
B- Information Technology (IT) Professionals: ICT Professionals
    OR
    C- Something else!!!
please advise with clear answer; i had many feedbacks before but non gave clear answer in this, i need to know which option A, B or C makes be claim points for Occupational Group: ICT, Electronics and Telecommunications
    Thanks,

It is a little trickier that that. Your job is categorized under ICT but if I am not mistaken, if you choose ICT Professionals, you will require a degree in ICT (ie. Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent). I remember reading somewhere they don't like seeing "Engineering" (even if it is COmputer Engineering) degree for people claiming under ICT. Don't take my word for it.

But still u can't chose A- Professional Occupations: Telecommunications Engineering Professionals because your degree is not Washington Accord or IPEN accreditation.

this is the point as Telecommunications Network Engineer has double entries in LTSSL and each has different requirements, but the options in F12 is totally different than the LTSSL occupation Groups, many engineering professions are not even mentioned in the option list, its full of HEALTH SERVICE

My OH's degree specialisation is in "computer engineering" & we selected "IT professional" there, our EOI selected & ITA received without any further inquiry.
